To be able to laugh with unbridled enthusiasm is a rare and precious gift. The people of the NPA (Northern Peninsula Area of Cape York, Qld, Australia) know just how to do that. They can often be heard giving that full-belly laugh that has you smiling along with them and relaxing into the carefree spirit of the moment. I felt Suwani’s excited jubilation captured that feeling of joy so often present in community.
