Just behind our home in Cairns were the tracks for the canetrain. Although as dry as a bone in winter, when the summer rains came the scoured creeks became a raging torrent as the downfalls hit the surrounding hills. On one of many such adventures up the creek with her siblings, my daughter came back with this photo. Such beauty!
