Orthotics
The reducing of pain from a pair of good orthotics is a gift that brings enormous amounts of gratefulness from my body AND emotions. I confess to not always being the most patient of patients, so I am sure that this reduction in my pain will have spin-offs of gratitude from my family as well. To them , I give lots of sorries and thanks. It gives me new hope to be over this hurdle.
